Kelley Prince MA., BCBA

Kelley Prince is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the President of Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay, Inc.  Mrs. Prince graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Kelley first began working directly with children on the autism spectrum in 1997.  Since then, she has also worked with children diagnosed with related disorders as well as typical children engaging in problem behavior.  Specializing in the development, implementation and supervision of Verbal Behavior Programs for children, Kelley focuses on teaching language/functional communication skills, academic skills, social skills, self-help skills and compliance behavior. 

Kelley has also effectively implemented intensive toilet training programs for children who are difficult to train as well as intensive feeding programs for children very limited diets due to sensory issues or behavioral concerns. 

Not only does Kelley regularly attend workshops and trainings to remain current on her industry, she routinely presents workshops for parents and other professionals in the field while covering a variety of topics including Applied Behavior Analysis, Verbal Behavior, Parent Training, Classroom Management Strategies and Toilet Training.  She is also a member of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA) and the National Association for Behavior Analysis.  Kelley’s therapy skills have been featured on the nationally syndicated talk show, Daytime, and her vast knowledge and experience has made her the natural go-to autism expert for media in and around Tampa Bay.

Jamie Granatino M.S., BCBA

Jamie Granatino is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the Clinical Director of Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay, Inc.

She has been working with children on the autism spectrum as well as other developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors since 2001.  Jamie received her bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology and child development from Tufts University and earned her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. She has attended a variety of trainings/workshops from presenters in the field such as Dr. Gina Green, Dr. Brian Iwata, Dr. Caio Miguel and Dr. James Partington.

Richard Kazbour, PhD, BCBA-D

Richard R. Kazbour joined the BCOTB team in February 2012.  He received his PhD in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University in 2011, and has been certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB-D) since 2009. He has experience consulting in industries including food service, healthcare, manufacturing, and education, and has conducted research in areas including training, safety improvement, and employee performance.

Richard has served as a paid consultant for Behavior Management Consultants where he worked both in home and in the classroom, serving children with autism and other developmental disabilities. He has also served as an intern consultant for Continuous Learning Group, and has worked in collaboration with Advantage Performance Group in an effort to evaluate the impact of performance based training. He has taught courses at Western Michigan University, served as president of the capital chapter for the Florida Association of Behavior Analysis, and as the marketing and development coordinator for the Organizational Behavior Management Network.

Richard has received numerous awards, grants, and scholarships, including the Florida State University Florida Merit Scholarship, an outstanding program award for his work with driver safety, and several conference presenter grants. He has presented more than nine times at regional, national, and international conferences.

Ed Littleton M.S., BCBA

Behavior Analyst – Westchase Office Email

Ed joined Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay in July of 2011.  Ed is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who graduated from Florida State University with a Masters degree in Psychology/applied behavior analysis in 2007. 

Ed has worked in various settings including public school classrooms, group homes, assisted living facilities, family homes and a state intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded (ICF-MR).  He has experience with behavior assessments, behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and data analysis.  He has worked with individuals of all age ranges and varying diagnoses.  He regularly attends workshops and conferences covering different aspects of applied behavior analysis and verbal behavior.

Wayne Sager M.A., BCBA

Behavior Analyst – Westchase Office Email

Wayne received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology and earned his master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. He has been working with children on the autism spectrum as well as other developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors since 2000.

Wayne provided applied behavior analysis services to a variety of children and their caregivers in the foster care system for 7 years. He has extensive experience in training parents and staff in child behavior management using applied behavior analysis. For 4 years, he managed behavior analysis services within foster care in Pinellas and Pasco counties. In addition, he taught undergraduate courses in behavior analysis and genetics at Western Michigan University and is currently teaching an undergraduate course in ABA in Autism and the Developmental Disabilities at the University of South Florida.

Wayne keeps up on the current research through review of the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and other readings and through attendance at local and national ABA conferences. His personal interests include SCUBA, sailing, biking, and relaxing with his wife and family.

Emily Braff B.A., BCaBA

Emily Braff joined Behavioral Consulting in January 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Florida and is currently enrolled in the Applied Behavior Analysis graduate program at the University of South Florida.


Emily's experience includes working with children with developmental disabilities in homes, schools, and clinics and with adults with developmental disabilities in group homes. Emily received her certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in October 2010. Upon graduation, she plans to sit for the master's level certification and continue her work with children with special needs and verbal behavior.

Catherine Czerwonka B.A., BCaBA

Catherine Czerwonka joined the Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay team in September of 2009. A Massachusetts native, she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire and is currently attending the University of South Florida, working on her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.  Catherine received her Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst in the spring of 2011.  Upon graduation, Catherine plans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst while pursuing a doctoral degree.

While her prior experience includes working with various populations of young children, Catherine plans to specialize her focus and work primarily with children diagnosed with autism and other related disabilities.

Kika Young B.A., BCaBA

Kika Young joined Behavioral Consulting in June 2009.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and is currently enrolled in their Applied Behavior Analysis graduate program. 

Kika’s experience includes working with children on the autism spectrum in private homes, schools and clinical settings. In November 2011, Kika received her certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Upon graduation, she plans to sit for the master's level certification and continue her work with children with special needs.

Christie Cacioppo B.A.

Originally from California, Christie Cacioppo joined the Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay therapy team in May 2010.  She moved to Louisiana, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University and later relocated to Tampa to pursue her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida.  Upon graduation, Christie plans to sit for the Behavior Analyst exam to obtain her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. 

Christie has various experiences working with children on the autism spectrum as well as with related disabilities, in summer camp, academic and home settings.  

Estelle Farias M.S.

Behavior Therapist – Westchase Office Email

Estelle joined the Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay team in September 2011 soon after moving to Tampa from Boston, Massachusetts.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts with focuses in special education and developmental psychology from Salve Regina University in 2003. During and after college, Estelle worked professionally with children and adults on the autism spectrum, as well as other disabilities and challenging behaviors as a special education teacher and a home-based behavior therapist.

While working in the field, she received her Master of Science in Special Education from Simmons College in Boston in 2008. Estelle also has her teaching licensure in severe disabilities/autism spectrums k-12 and has attended a variety of workshops and trainings for people with mental disorders and problem behaviors.

Estelle plans on furthering her education in Applied Behavior Analysis and in order to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Tricia Jeffries B.S.

Tricia joined the Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay team in December of 2011. Born and raised in Florida, she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology in 2010 from Florida State University. Tricia is currently attending the University of South Florida and pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Upon graduation, she plans to sit for the Behavior Analyst certification exam to obtain her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Tricia is currently a member of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis as well as the Association for Behavior Analysis International. Tricia’s experience includes providing in-school counseling and working with children and adults with autism and related disabilities.

Tora Jenkins B.A.

Tora joined the Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay team in December of 2011.  She received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology in 2011 from LaGrange College in LaGrange, Georgia.  Tora is currently attending the University of South Florida and pursing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.  Upon graduation, she plans to sit for the Behavior Analyst certification exam to obtain her certification as a Board Certified behavior Analyst.  Tora has been volunteering with children with developmental disorders and adults with cognitive impairments since high school.

Rosana Pesantez B.A.

Rosana Pesantez received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, St. Petersburg Campus, and is currently in her second year in the Applied Behavior Analysis Master’s Program at the University of South Florida. Rosana has been working and volunteering with children and adults with disabilities since high school. She is currently doing her thesis work for the master’s program on increasing verbal behavior for children with autism. Upon graduation, Rosana plans to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification exam.

Julianne Sands B.S.

Julianne Sands joined the Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay team in May of 2010 as an intern and was hired on as a therapist in March 2011. Her previous experience includes working as a teaching assistant and has spent the past two years as a caretaker for young children. She also has volunteer experience working in the special needs ministries of two churches in Tampa. Julianne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida in May 2011 and plans to enroll in the Applied Behavior Analysis Master’s program at the University of South Florida in 2012.

Morgan Scarff B.S.

Morgan joined the Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay team in May of 2011. A Florida native, she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Flagler College in 2008.  Morgan is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida and is working towards her certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. 

Upon graduation Morgan plans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Morgan is a member of the Florida Association for Applied Behavior Analysis as well as the Association for Behavior Analysis International.

Morgan’s experience includes working with children and adults with autism and related disabilities implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.

Evan Skelton B.A.

In July 2011, Evan joined Behavioral Consutling of Tampa Bay, Inc.  She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 2009 and is currently seeking her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, also at USF. 

Her previous experience includes collecting data, developing behavior plans, and implementing those plans under the superivison of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for children at home, school, or in community settings. 

She is a certified Behavior Assistant and is an active member of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis. 

Audra Cona

Human Resources Specialist – Westchase Office Email 

Audra joined Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay in August of 2011.  Audra brings 15 years of business experience and specializes in payroll, human resources, and operations management.  Audra has successfully led other organizations to implement initiatives which develop strong processes that achieved greater efficiency.

She is certified by the American Payroll Association and is a member of Society for Human Resources (SHRM). Audra lives in Westchase and is a dedicated wife and mother.  She enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family and Auburn Football.

Amber Harper B.S.

Insurance Specialist / Behavior Therapist – Westchase Offices  Email
Amber Harper received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Elementary Education with an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) endorsement in May 2008.  Having a desire to work with special-needs children since a very young age, in 2001, Amber began her work within the field, as a preschool teacher working with both typical, as well as special needs children. 

Between 2001 and 2009, Amber earned experience working with young children while interning as a teacher’s assistant for Pasco County Schools and working as a VPK teacher preparing students to enter kindergarten.  She is Florida Teacher Certificate eligible and plans to continue her courses focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis while leading up to her BCABA exam.

Fred Ullrich M.A.

Office Manager – Westchase Office Email

Fred joined the Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay team in September of 2011.  Originally from Buffalo, New York, Fred received his BA in Communication from the University at Buffalo SUNY in 2003.  Immediately after college, he ventured into insurance sales, catering to the needs of individual families.  After growing tired of the cold, Fred moved to Florida in 2005. 

Following a couple of brief stints in the restaurant and car businesses, he took on the responsibility of being a stay-at-home parent raising his family’s first child.  During this time, Fred also completed his Master’s degree, which he finished in June of 2010 in the field of Health Service Administration.  Fred resides in Carrollwood and he is commonly found at Tampa Bay Rays games, soaking up the sun on Clearwater beach, or enjoying time with his family at any number of things that the Bay area has to offer.
