Insurance Coverage
Due to Florida’s Window of Opportunity Act, insurance companies are required to provide up to $36,000 a year in coverage toward the cost of therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS) and Asperger’s Syndrome.
Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay is a TRICARE approved and "in-network" provider for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna . We also accept other medical insurance covered under Florida’s Window of Opportunity Act such as United Behavioral Health

Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay is also an ASO Provider and a CMS Title XXI provider. We also accept private pay in the form of personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Upon receipt of this form, we will contact your insurance provider to determine the extent of your coverage for behavioral services.
